OUR GINS (old)

Our Norfolk Farmhouse Gins are all produced with a selection of local base botanicals.  Our secret ingredient is the walnut, hand-picked from the trees that surround our home and give our distillery its name.
We aim to source as many of our ingredients as we can from the rich and abundant Norfolk countryside.  Our gins take their inspiration from the plants and flowers commonly found in the gardens and hedgerows of this beautiful and historic county.
Each and every bottle we produce contains a little bit of Norfolk.

  Norfolk Farmhouse Dry

 Our award-winning Dry gin

Light and refreshing, the essence of this gin comes from the hand-picked local botanicals to produce a beautifully balanced, rounded gin with a light floral nose, fresh Mediterranean herbal notes, citrus and warm spices and a long, smooth finish.

  Norfolk Farmhouse Sloe

Sloe You Down! This award winner is where it all started.  Every bottle is flavoured with sloes found in the hedgerows and fields of our farm.  Soaked, with nothing more than sugar,   for a minimum of 3 months, this gin is rich and fruity in taste. (It also makes a great topper on a glass of bubbly!)

Norfolk Farmhouse Spiced

What started out as an idea for Halloween quickly became an all-year round favourite. The base of this is our Dry gin to which we add nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and a little bit of chilli. A versatile gin with a unique, complex flavour.

Norfolk Farmhouse Rose

We soak our Dry Gin with (edible) Rose petals to create this subtly fragrant and distinctive spirit.  What is particularly special is the colour change from deep caramel to rich pink when tonic is added.

This gin has a sweeter edge to it & couples particularly well with elderflower tonic.

Norfolk Farmhouse Summer Cup

A light refreshing blend of our Dry gin, fortified wine, herbs and spices and oranges give a citrus-tinted light and refreshing drink perfect  long over ice.

Norfolk Farmhouse Winter Cup

Spiced gin is blended with fortified wine, herbs and spices sloes and blackberries for a taste of winter. Fruity and sweet  on the palette to start  with a wonderful long, warm  spice finish. Sip as an aperitif or long with lemonade in front of the fire.
