6) All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee availability of any products. We will contact you within 5 working days if we cannot fulfil your order.

7) As all goods are subject to availability there will be NO contract of any kind between Walnut Tree Distillery Ltd and you unless and until such time as we process and dispatch the goods to you. Until the goods have been dispatched we may decline to supply goods without providing a reason.
