It pairs perfectly with a Folkingtons plain tonic and a sprig of rosemary
Aside from the traditional juniper, this gin is distilled using Norfolk Lavender, Sloes hand-picked from the farm hedgerows and our secret ingredient, the walnut, picked from the trees that surround the distillery.
Garnish with a small sprig of Rosemary for the perfect serve in a G&T, or use as the base for a Martini where the smoothness of this gin really stands out.
